 2 hours after I posted this pic. on the blog, a long time customer spotted a hat she could not live without…the purple mini top hat…SOLD! Another customer just came by and is eyeing one of the hats to wear to Kentucky Derby.

I bought this beautiful taffeta fabric with lots of little ribbon roses scattered all over. Here is the first of a series of new Spring 2010 hats made from this material. Light weight and gorgeous colors…I’m very happy with this fabric!

Colors available: Purple, black, wine, brown, cream, lime.

It has been really cold in San Francisco (39 degrees right now). All of my friends  have been complaining about how freezing it is….

All I could say was “Put on a hat!”

I spent 11 hours making polar fleece and wool jersey rollup hats. Polar fleece is very warm and soft…water repellent and wind proof….so no more complaining!

22 finished hats in 11 hours...

...and about a dozen more hats in the works.
