The “Something Personal” photography cocktail party was a lot of fun. I got a chance to wear a whimsical hat made by House of Nines. Visit ADS hats on Saturday, for a trunk show 2-5,  to see more designs by this local company.

This one of a kind hat will be sold with 50% of the price going to Wonder Dog Rescue.

logo1005I’m completely done. I also decided to take the Cherry blossom theme further and created an “outfit”. I bought this silk Kimono style blouse by Ralph Lauren at a thrift store months ago. I sewed random Cherry blossoms on it and a few onto a skirt. I also attached a flower to one of my shoes. When I have the whole outfit on, it looks like the Cherry blossoms are falling off of my hat. I must say I am amazed at how cool it looks.
